Free Assembly Service

At Childrens Bed Centres we pride ourselves in offering fantastic products at great prices, with a high level of customer service to match.

One of the customer service aspects we pride ourselves on is the complimentary assembly service of all of our children’s beds. Our trained and friendly team deliver and assemble our kids beds daily, making them extremely experienced and efficient in this task. Our children’s furniture items such as children’s wardrobes, desks and chests of drawers, are delivered pre-assembled and our team carefully carry all items from our delivery vehicle to the required bedroom for you. If larger kids furniture items will not fit pre-assembled, there is the facility for customers to select an assembly on delivery option via our website.

Whilst the majority of companies seem to deliver furniture by courier in flat-pack form for self-assembly by you the customer, we prefer to show our commitment to you in offering this service which gives us and you the peace of mind that our children’s beds and furniture products are assembled accurately and safely before use by your child/children.

All we ask to ensure no problems with this service; is that there is safe and suitable parking for our delivery vehicle for the duration of the assembly, and that the space for the new bed/furniture is completely cleared prior to the team’s arrival.

An interesting article we thought we would share with you:

Research suggests that half the nation owns at least one piece of furniture that they have assembled themselves, yet...

The results of a survey of 1,295 people who attempted to assemble flat pack furniture, lead by Dr Miles Richardson of Derby University showed that; 67% admitted getting into difficulty, 33% misread or misunderstood the instructions and 13% managed to damage the item before they finished constructing it. Even more alarming is that 8% of those questioned had injured themselves and required medical attention following their attempt to assemble furniture!
